Peacock Mini Top Hat

A miniature felt top hat with a peacock feather, black silk rose, green gossamer ribbon, black tulle netting, and green scroll braid trim. The hat ties onto the head with black satin ribbon. The hat is approximately 2 3/4" high by 5 1/2" long.
